How these platforms pay creators
Each platform below states its pay model on its own pages. The table summarises them, and the sections after it quote the details with links.
| Platform | Who it serves | How creators are paid | Creator fee, as published |
|---|---|---|---|
| Trybe | Brands, agencies and creators | Brand chooses a Flat Fee Program or a Commission Program per campaign | Not published on the pages checked |
| Billo | Brands, agencies and creators in the US, Canada and UK | A flat Order Fee per order, plus optional add-ons the creator prices | No Billo fee published; payment-processor charges fall on the creator |
| Insense | Brands and creators | Creator Fees set by the creator and agreed in the campaign brief | Terms say Insense may charge a percentage on transfer; no figure on the terms page |
| Collabstr | Brands and creators | The creator's package or project price | "Creators pay a separate 15% fee on their payout" |

What each platform says about AI content
AI-made content is handled very differently from one platform to the next. Several platforms do not address it at all on their public pages.
| Platform | Position on AI-made content, on the pages checked |
|---|---|
| Trybe | Not addressed for creator submissions. Creator terms require content that is "original to Creator" and reflects the creator's "genuine opinion, experience, and use" of the product. |
| Billo | Brands may not use AI to make an altered depiction of a creator's voice or likeness without the creator's separate written consent. Whether creators may submit AI-made deliverables is not addressed. |
| Insense | Brands and creators may adapt content "using solely AI-tools licensed by Insense", with the creator's approval. |
| Collabstr | Not addressed for deliverables. Content may not be used to train AI without consent. |
| Minisocial | Not addressed. |
| Fiverr | "Fiverr permits the use of AI across all service categories." UGC has separate Human UGC and AI UGC types, and sellers should be "transparent about Human vs AI production". |
| Upwork | Using generative AI to "substantially bolster" work is prohibited only "if such use is restricted by your client or violates any third-party's rights". |
| Anglr | Every ad is made with AI, and every video gets QC and compliance review. |
If you make AI ads, check the AI terms before you sign up. A platform whose terms require content that reflects your own genuine use of a product is written for on-camera creators.
Trybe
Trybe's homepage describes "Performance-based UGC for Creators & Brands" and says "Creators earn based on performance." Its creator terms define two program types that the brand sets.
- A Flat Fee Program pays "a fixed fee [...] with no ongoing commission component".
- A Commission Program pays "a Commission Rate for attributable performance".
- Once a creator joins a Commission Program, the rate "is fixed and may not be reduced or altered" for that creator in that program.
Billo
Billo's creator terms say each order includes an Order Fee that the creator accepts "as full compensation for your work". Creators can also list paid add-ons, such as organic posting and partnership ads, at their own price. Billo's creator page says creators must live in the United States, Canada or the United Kingdom.
Insense
Insense's creator terms let the creator set Creator Fees and include up to three rounds of revisions. If the sponsor still does not approve after revisions, the creator is entitled to at least half of the agreed fees.
Collabstr
Collabstr's pricing page states the creator fee directly: "Creators pay a separate 15% fee on their payout." According to its terms, the brand pays upfront and funds are released when the order is completed and approved.
Minisocial
Minisocial is a managed service for brands and agencies. Its terms say creator engagement is governed by a separate agreement, which is not public.
Fiverr and Upwork
Both are general freelance marketplaces with UGC work among many categories. Fiverr's AI guidelines allow AI work if it is "meaningfully refined and customized", and say that misrepresenting AI use can lead to order cancellation, a refund and account suspension. Its UGC guidelines ask AI UGC sellers to confirm tool licenses and voice or avatar permissions.
Upwork's fee page sets out its freelancer service fee, and its terms cover AI use where a client restricts it.
How Anglr is different
Anglr is not a marketplace. There is no job board and no pitching. Anglr provides the winning scripts and angles for each brand. Approved AI creators, editors and agencies make every format of each script. They are paid on performance on every video that runs, with an optional smart retainer for hitting volume. How performance pay works explains the model.
Anglr is for people who already make AI ads that perform. If you want a fixed price per video, a marketplace with flat fees fits that better.
How to choose
Pick the platform whose pay model matches your work.
| If you want | Look for |
|---|---|
| A fixed price per video | A marketplace with flat order or package fees |
| A share of sales your content drives | A commission program |
| To be paid on how your AI ads perform | A performance model built for AI ad makers |
| To make AI-made content | A platform whose terms address AI content directly |

Who this is for
- Independent AI creators and editors. You make the ads yourself. You know your work performs, so you'd rather be paid on what it does than on a flat fee.
- AI agencies and studios. You run a team of editors. You write the brief, your team makes the versions, and you're paid on performance because you know your team's ads scale.
Not for you if
- You only want a flat fee.
- You're new to editing and not yet confident your ads will perform.
- You want every shot spelled out for you.
- You make one style and won't try others.
