For AI agencies and studios

AI UGC agency work, paid on performance

Anglr pays an AI UGC agency on performance to remake winning ad scripts in every format with its own team of editors. Your agency writes the creative brief, your team makes the versions, and Anglr pays the agency on performance. Your agency runs its own team. How you pay your editors is up to you: flat rate or performance.

We review every application by hand against our published standards. Review is almost immediate.

How an agency works with Anglr

An agency works with Anglr in three steps. Anglr provides the winning scripts and the winning angles for each brand. Your agency writes the creative brief for your team. Your team makes the versions, and Anglr pays the agency on performance.

Anglr provides Your agency provides Your team provides
Winning scripts and angles per brand The creative brief for each version The finished videos
QC and compliance review on every video Direction, format choice and quality control inside your team UGC, podcast, drama, animation and brand-film versions
Performance on every video your team made Deadlines and volume planning New hooks and versions on proven angles

The point is volume on material that already converts. One winning script made in five formats is five videos that can earn, and a team can make more versions in a week than one person can.

Who this suits

This page is for AI agencies and studios that already run a team of editors and already make ads that perform. It suits agencies that:

  • make full ads in-house: script, scenes, voice, edit and captions
  • can make more than one format from the same script
  • want to be paid on what the ads do, because they know their team's ads scale

It does not suit agencies that only want a flat monthly fee, or teams that are still learning to make ads.

How you pay your editors

Your agency runs its own team. How you pay your editors is up to you: flat rate or performance.

An agency can pay editors a flat rate per video, or pass performance pay down to the editors who made the versions that run, or mix the two. Anglr does not set this. Anglr pays the agency.

Brief to version: a sample workflow

  1. Anglr shares a winning script and its angle, plus the hooks to test.
  2. Your agency writes a brief per format: which scenes, which character, which hook, which length.
  3. Editors make the versions in their own tools and submit them to your agency's internal review.
  4. Your agency submits the finished videos to Anglr.
  5. Anglr runs QC and compliance review on every video. Approved videos go live.
  6. You see how every video your team made performs, and you brief more versions of what works.

One winning script, made in every ad format explains the method behind step 2 in detail.

QC inside your team before you submit

Anglr reviews every video, but the fastest teams catch problems before submission. A short internal checklist per video:

  • The hook in the first two seconds matches the brief's angle.
  • The product looks the same in every shot: label, colour, shape and size.
  • Faces, hands and text in the frame have no generation errors.
  • Lip sync matches the voice line by line.
  • Captions are spelled correctly and stay inside the safe area of a vertical frame.
  • No claim in the script goes beyond what the brief allows.
  • The file is the length and aspect ratio the brief asked for.

Videos that fail this list take a revision cycle. Fewer revisions means more of your team's time goes into new versions.

What to send when you apply

Applying is free. In the form, tell us:

  • your agency name and team size
  • the formats your team makes
  • finished ads your team made, as links
  • results, if you have them (spend, click-through rate or return on ad spend)
  • the tools your team uses

Every application is reviewed by hand and the group is kept small.

How agency pay compares with project fees

Many agencies price AI UGC work per video or per package. How much to charge for AI UGC ads collects published market rates with sources and explains flat-fee pricing against performance pay. How performance pay works explains Anglr's model in words.

If you are setting up an agency, how to start an AI UGC agency covers services, team setup, tools, QC and pricing models.

Planning volume across a team

Volume comes from splitting the work by format, not by script. One editor who makes podcasts well can turn the same script into a podcast clip for every brand in the week, while another handles animation. A simple weekly plan:

Day Work
Start of week Read new scripts and angles; write briefs per format
Middle of week Editors make first versions; internal QC
End of week Submit; brief new hooks on the versions that run

Formats your team can make

Any format counts if it converts. These pages describe each format and show public examples of AI ads from creators on X (they were not made on or for Anglr): podcast, street interview, drama, Pixar-style 3D, claymation and craft, brand film and all formats.

Editing on your own rather than running a team? See the page for AI video editors.

Who this is for

  • Independent AI creators and editors. You make the ads yourself. You know your work performs, so you'd rather be paid on what it does than on a flat fee.
  • AI agencies and studios. You run a team of editors. You write the brief, your team makes the versions, and you're paid on performance because you know your team's ads scale.

Not for you if

  • You only want a flat fee.
  • You're new to editing and not yet confident your ads will perform.
  • You want every shot spelled out for you.
  • You make one style and won't try others.
