Privacy Policy

Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Anglr handles personal data collected through the website at anglr.co (the "site"). In this policy, "Anglr", "we" and "us" mean the operator of anglr.co.

Anglr pays AI creators, editors and agencies on performance to make ads. The site lets creators and agencies apply, and lets brands request access.

If you have a question about this policy, email james@telehealthmedia.com or stefan@telehealthmedia.com.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not build advertising profiles.

If we agree to work together, the work and pay terms are set out in a separate written agreement, which may say more about how data is handled during that work.

Cookies and tracking

The site sets no cookies of its own. We do not use analytics tools, advertising cookies, tracking pixels or similar tracking technology.

Our application and request forms are provided by Tally. When you open a form, Tally's embedded form may set its own cookies. Those cookies are controlled by Tally and covered by Tally's own privacy policy and cookie notice.

Example ads from X

The site shows examples of AI ads that were posted publicly on X (formerly Twitter). Each example is credited to the account that posted it and links to the original post.

The thumbnails and videos for these examples are loaded from X's media servers. When you view an example, your browser sends a request to X, and X receives your IP address, your browser user agent and the address of the file requested. X handles that data under its own privacy policy. We do not receive any data from X about you.

Who processes your data for us

We use two service providers to run the site. They process data on our behalf and only to provide their service.

Provider What it does Data it handles
Tally (tally.so) Hosts our application and request forms and stores the answers Everything you enter in a form
Vercel Hosts the site and keeps server logs IP address, user agent, requested URL, time of the request

These providers may store data in countries other than the one you live in. We share your data with other parties only if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

How long we keep it

We keep your data until you ask us to delete it, or for 24 months after our last contact with you, whichever comes first. After that we delete it.

Server logs are kept by Vercel for the period set by Vercel's own log retention.

If we are required by law to keep some data for longer, we keep only that data and only for as long as required.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy of it;
  • correct data that is wrong or out of date;
  • delete your data.

To make a request, email james@telehealthmedia.com or stefan@telehealthmedia.com from the email address you used with us, or tell us which email address you used. We may ask you to confirm that you are the person the data is about. We will reply as soon as we can.

Deleting your data withdraws your application or request. You can apply again at any time.

Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to or restrict how we use your data, to receive it in a format you can move elsewhere, and to complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

We limit access to your data to the people who review applications and requests. Our providers use encrypted connections (HTTPS) to send data between your browser and their servers.

No method of storing or sending data over the internet is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of your data.

Children

The site is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

If you believe someone under 18 has sent us their data, email us and we will delete it.

The site links to other websites, including posts on X and pages run by other companies. We do not control those sites. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the site or the way we handle data changes. When we do, we change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

If a change affects how we use data we already hold, we will tell the people affected by email.
