For AI creators

AI UGC creator jobs, paid on performance

Anglr offers AI UGC creator jobs for people who already make AI ads that perform. You take a winning script and make it in every format, and you are paid on performance, with an optional smart retainer for hitting volume. Applying is free: send ads you made, and every application is reviewed by hand.

We review every application by hand against our published standards. Review is almost immediate.

What the job is

The job is to take a script that already converts and make it in every format. Anglr provides the winning scripts and the winning angles for each brand. You make the versions: UGC, podcast, drama, animation and brand film, with small changes to hooks and scenes so each brand has more ads to test.

This is volume work on proven material. You are not asked to invent a campaign from nothing. You are asked to make many good versions of something that already works, and to make them fast.

You get You make
A brief per brand: brand, product, angle and hooks Every format you can make from the script
Winning scripts that already convert New hooks and versions on the same angle
QC and compliance review on every video Finished vertical videos ready to run
How every video of yours performs More versions of what works

How you're paid

You are paid on performance on every video of yours that runs. If you are hitting volume, there is an optional smart retainer on top. Anglr does not publish pay figures.

Performance pay suits people who are confident their ads work. A flat fee pays the same whether an ad flops or scales. Performance pay grows with the ad. How performance pay works explains the model in more detail, and how much to charge for AI UGC ads compares it with flat-fee pricing.

What a week of work looks like

  1. You receive a brief: the brand, the product, the winning script, the angle and the hooks to test.
  2. You make the first versions in the formats you make best.
  3. You add more formats from the same script: a podcast clip, a drama, an animation, a brand film.
  4. Every video goes through QC and compliance review before it can run.
  5. Approved videos run, and you see how every video of yours performs.
  6. You make more versions of what works.

Only videos that pass QC and compliance review count.

Formats you can make

Any format counts if you can make it convert. These pages describe each format and show public examples of AI ads from creators on X (they were not made on or for Anglr):

If you have a format that isn't on this list, send it. New formats count too.

Tools you can use

You use your own tools. Anglr does not require a specific model or editor. These guides cover how working ad makers use the main video models for ad work, with sources checked:

How this differs from a UGC marketplace

UGC platforms differ in who they serve and how they pay creators. UGC platforms compared sets out each platform's pay model and its stated position on AI-made content, taken from each platform's own pages.

Three things set Anglr's model apart:

  • Every video is made with AI. There are no shoots, no actors and no products to ship.
  • You start from scripts and angles that already convert, not from a blank brief.
  • You are paid on performance on every video of yours that runs, not a one-off fee per clip.

What we look for

We look for people who make full ads on their own: script, scenes, voice, edit and captions. A good application shows:

  • Finished ads, not tests or single clips
  • More than one format, or one format made very well
  • Clear product moments and a clear call to action
  • Results, if you have them (spend, click-through rate or return on ad spend)

Common reasons applications are not approved

Most applications that don't get through have one of these problems:

  • Only clips or model tests, with no finished ad that has a hook, a product moment and a call to action
  • A product that changes shape, colour or label from one shot to the next
  • Faces, hands or on-screen text with visible generation errors
  • Claims in the script that a brand could not legally make
  • No way to see the ads without signing in

Fix these before you apply, and send your strongest finished ads first.

How to apply

Applying is free. Click Get started for free, fill in the short form and send ads you made, plus results if you have them. Every application is reviewed by hand and the group is kept small. If your work fits, we reach out with next steps and your first brief.

If you run a team, apply as an agency instead. If you mainly edit, see the page for AI video editors.

Who this is for

  • Independent AI creators and editors. You make the ads yourself. You know your work performs, so you'd rather be paid on what it does than on a flat fee.
  • AI agencies and studios. You run a team of editors. You write the brief, your team makes the versions, and you're paid on performance because you know your team's ads scale.

Not for you if

  • You only want a flat fee.
  • You're new to editing and not yet confident your ads will perform.
  • You want every shot spelled out for you.
  • You make one style and won't try others.
