Terms of Service
Last updated 12 October 2026
About these terms
These Terms of Service ("terms") apply to your use of the website at anglr.co (the "site"). In these terms, "Anglr", "we" and "us" mean the operator of anglr.co, and "you" means the person using the site.
By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Our Privacy Policy, published on this site, explains how we handle personal data. It forms part of these terms.
Who may use the site
You must be 18 or older to use the site or send us an application or request.
If you use the site or apply on behalf of an agency, studio or company, you confirm that you are allowed to act for it, and these terms apply to it as well as to you.
What the site is for
The site describes how Anglr works with AI creators, editors and agencies, who are paid on performance to make ads. It lets creators and agencies apply, and lets brands request access.
The site also shows examples of AI ads that were posted publicly on X, and articles about making AI ads.
Applying does not guarantee acceptance or work
Sending an application or a request for access does not create any agreement between you and Anglr.
We review every application by hand and decide whether to accept it. We may decline any application or request without giving a reason. Being accepted does not guarantee any amount of work or pay.
Work and pay terms are agreed separately
Any work, pay, AI credit and usage terms are agreed separately in writing before any work starts. Nothing on the site is an offer of work or a promise of pay.
Descriptions of how Anglr works on the site are general information. If they differ from a written agreement you sign with us, the written agreement applies.
What you send us
When you apply or request access, the information you send must be true and must be about you, or about the agency or company you are allowed to act for.
Only send links to ads and other work that you or your team made, or that you have permission to share. You keep all rights in the work you link to. You allow us to view and review it for the purpose of assessing your application.
Acceptable use
When you use the site, you must not:
- break any law or anyone else's rights;
- send false information or pretend to be someone else;
- send spam, malware or any harmful code;
- try to get unauthorized access to the site, its servers or the systems of our providers;
- overload, disrupt or interfere with the site;
- collect data from the site with bots, scrapers or other automated tools in a way that puts load on the site or breaks these terms;
- copy the site or its content to present it as your own.
We may block access to the site for anyone who breaks these rules.
Example ads from X
The example ads on the site are public posts on X. They belong to the people who made them. We did not make them, and they were not made for or through Anglr.
Each example is credited to the account that posted it and links to the original post on X. The images and videos are loaded from X's media servers; we do not host copies of them. Showing an example does not mean its maker endorses Anglr or works with Anglr.
Takedown requests
If you made or own an example shown on the site and want it removed, or you believe anything on the site breaks your rights, email james@telehealthmedia.com or stefan@telehealthmedia.com.
Please include:
- a link to the page on the site;
- a link to the original post or work;
- your name and how you are connected to the work, for example the account that posted it.
We review every request and remove the content where the request is valid.
Intellectual property
Ads made through Anglr
Creators own the ads they make. Brands receive full usage rights to run them. The exact terms are agreed in writing before any work starts.
The site
The site's text, design, layout, logo, the Anglr name and the code that runs the site belong to Anglr or the people who license them to us. This does not include the example ads, which belong to their makers.
You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, sell or reuse the site's content or design without our written permission, except for short quotes with a link back to the page.
Links to other sites
The site links to other websites, including posts on X and pages run by tool makers, platforms and other companies. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.
No warranties
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that the site will always be available, free of errors or free of harmful code.
Articles and guides on the site are general information, not legal, financial or tax advice. Facts about outside tools, platforms, prices and policies are checked on the date shown on each page and may have changed since. Check the source before you rely on them.
To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, about the site or its content.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Anglr is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, income, business, data or opportunity, arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about the site is limited to the amount you paid us to use the site, which is nothing.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These limits apply to your use of the site only. Any liability under a separate written work agreement is set by that agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the site or the way we work changes. When we do, we change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
Changes apply from the date they are posted. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
General
If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest of the terms still apply.
If we do not enforce a part of these terms straight away, we can still enforce it later.
