How do you make a UGC media kit with this builder?
Fill in the form; the kit builds itself in the preview as you type. When it reads the way you want, download the PDF, the PNG or both.
- Click Fill in the worked example to see a finished kit, or start blank.
- Name and handle: the name brands should use, and your handle, such as @yourname.
- About: one or two lines on what you make and for which kinds of products.
- Formats you offer: tick any of UGC, Podcast, Drama, Animation, Brand film, Product demo, Talking head and Static image.
- AI tools you use: type them as a list, for example the generators and editor you work in.
- Links to your work: one public link per line.
- Rate card: edit the item names, add your prices, and use Add a line for more items. A blank price prints as "on request".
- Contact: an email address or a booking link.
- Download PDF or Download PNG. Both files are named after you, for example
alex-rivera.pdf.
Any section you leave empty prints as "Not given", so a brand can see what is missing. Fill every field before you send it.
What goes on a UGC rate card?
A rate card lists each thing you sell as its own line, so a brand can see what one price covers. The builder starts with three lines and no prices:
| Starting line | What it prices |
|---|---|
| One video (up to 30 seconds) | A single finished video |
| Three hooks on the same video | Extra opening versions of one video, so the brand can test hooks |
| Paid usage rights (per month) | The brand's right to run your video as a paid ad, per month |
Rename these, or add lines for the work you actually sell, such as a version in another format, raw files, or whitelisting. To drop a line from the kit, clear its item name.
The price field is free text. Write a single figure, a starting price, a currency, or leave it blank for "on request". The builder never suggests a number. For how to work out your own prices, see how much to charge for AI UGC ads, and for what usage rights cover, see UGC usage rights.
What makes a media kit useful to a brand?
A brand reading a kit wants three answers fast: can you make the format they need, can they see proof, and how do they book you. Write each section so it answers one of those.
- About: say what you make, not who you are. "AI creator making short-form ads for skincare and fitness brands" tells a brand more than a list of adjectives.
- Formats: tick only what you can deliver to a finished standard now.
- AI tools: list the tools you actually use. A brand with an AI UGC brief may want to know whether you can keep one presenter consistent from shot to shot.
- Work links: link finished ads, with a hook, the product shown and a call to action, not raw generations. Use links that open without a login.
- Rates: one line per item, so nobody has to guess what a price includes.

Every rate reads "on request" because the example has no prices. Type your own price next to any line and that line changes; the others stay "on request".
The downloads are alex-rivera.pdf and alex-rivera.png. The PDF is an A4 text page in Helvetica, with the name as a large bold heading and each section under a bold label. The PNG is 1080×1350 with the same text on a light gradient background, sized to post or attach in a message.
What are the limits of the media kit builder?
- Text only. There is no photo, logo or video thumbnail. Put your strongest ads behind the work links, or attach the kit next to your portfolio.
- Links are not clickable in the PDF. They print as text. Paste the same links in the body of your email.
- One page while it fits. The PDF adds a second page if the text runs long. The PNG is a fixed size, and text that runs past the bottom is cut off, so keep the about line and link list short.
- Plain characters in the PDF. The PDF uses a standard font, and characters it cannot show, such as emoji, print as "?". Check the handle and about line after you download.
- Nothing is saved. Close or reload the tab and the form clears.
- No suggested prices. The builder lays out your rates; it does not tell you what to charge.
Where does the media kit fit with a portfolio and a contract?
The kit is the summary a brand reads first. The portfolio holds the work, and the contract fixes what was agreed.
| Document | Job | Where to get it |
|---|---|---|
| Portfolio | Shows your finished videos | How to build a UGC portfolio |
| Media kit and rate card | Summarises what you offer, the price and how to book you | This builder |
| Contract | Records deliverables, payment terms, ownership and usage rights | UGC rate card and contract template |
| Brief | Tells you what the brand wants made | Creative brief builder |

FAQ
What should a UGC media kit include?
Your name and handle, one or two lines on what you make, the formats you offer, the tools you use, links to finished work, a rate card and a contact. Those are the fields in this builder.
What is a UGC rate card?
A UGC rate card is a list of what you sell and the price of each item, such as one video, extra hooks on the same video, or paid usage rights per month. A brand reads it before asking for a quote.
Should I put my prices on my media kit?
It is your choice. Leave a price blank and the kit shows "on request", which lets you quote per brief. The UGC rate card and contract template covers how to set and agree rates.
Does a UGC creator need a media kit if they have a portfolio?
They do different jobs. The portfolio shows the videos; the media kit is a one-page summary of what you offer, what it costs and how to book you, with links back to the portfolio.
Is my information saved or sent anywhere?
No. The form stays in this browser tab, and the PDF and PNG are made on your device. Reloading the page clears the form, so download your kit first.
